When Todd Youth, formerly of Danzig, D-Generation and Motorhead, was finally released from his contract with Capitol Records he took his band into the studio determined to capture the energy of their live show. Joined by rock vets Karl Rosqvist (Michael Monroe Band), Johnny Martin (L.A. Guns) and Skye Vaughn-Jayne (Blood and Octane), The Chelsea Smiles kicked out their debut album in a mere thirty six hours.

The Chelsea Smiles aren't just another trashy rock and roll band. As one fan described them, "They are F*#k you rock. When they hit the stage, it's an all-on assault, take no prisoners, and destroy everything in sight"
